7.24 million kilograms of maple syrup, a remarkable harvest that reflects the growing vitality of the industry.

Rich in nutrients, maple sap is a gift from nature, harvested with the seasons. During the spring flow, its transformation into syrup reveals an astonishing palette of flavors and colors.

From delicate gold to very dark with a strong taste, each drop tells the story of the evolution of the season.
At the beginning of the harvest, the syrup is clear and subtle. As the season progresses, the color intensifies and the flavor becomes richer, resulting in a very dark syrup with a robust flavor. This precious nectar, carefully produced by our maple syrup producers, is savored here as elsewhere.
